Walmart is a multinational retail corporation. The company was founded by Sam Walton in 1962. In fiscal year 2014, Walmart has generated sales of approximately US$473 billion. In addition to this, the company has a credit rating of AA. It has produced a strong balance sheet and the business consistently generates robust cash flows. Walmart employs 2.2 million associates worldwide. Each week more than 245 million customers and members visit nearly 11,000 stores in 27 countries. Discuss the potential issues that Walmart will face operating in 27 countries.
