Create a living will, also know as a directive to physicians and family or surrogates, for you or a relative. Make sure the document complies with the requirements for the State of Texas and get it witnessed or notarized as required by the Texas law.

Explain in your own words why a Living Will is an important Estate Planning document? Where you found your living will document/template. Explain the difference between a living will and a medical power of attorney. Discuss who Terri Schiavo was, and what legal problems her case presented. Who do you feel should have power to decide if someone lives or dies? Please do not use any website or professional that requires a fee. (Legalzoom, attorney, etc.)
