- Develop a succession plan for a health care organization to include a mentorship program, starting years before leaders are needed, and developing leaders for all levels of the organization.
- Relate your plan to a behavioral leadership, a trait leadership, or a contingency leadership model.
- Locate a minimum of 3 peer-reviewed articles that support your paper.
