Business plan

The Tritec consumer business organization is a tremendous company that deals in the sale of fast moving consumer goods by distributing the processed food products to the market. The products are distributed to reach the consumers in various parts of the world (Sahlman, 2015). The company operates in three major departments including the following:

· The manufacturing department

· Supply and distribution department

· The processing department

The three departments work in correlation to one another in order to ensure resource sharing and synchronizing of the processes to promote production. The processing department deals in processing of food products such as milk into yoghurt. Also, other food types that are processed and refined into new products include canned meat, butter and snacks. On the other hand, the manufacturing department deals in the creation of new products which are consumed by the people in the society. The current brands which are manufactured in organization include:

a. Soap and detergents

b. Toothpaste

c. Shoe polish

d. Body lotion

On the other hand, the distributing department deals in the supply of the finished goods and products from the company transporting them to the various markets for sale. This department has a range of research markets which are well-established and defined to enable the sale of the brands produced by the company. In summary the Tritec consumer business is an organization that deals in the processing of various brand products and selling them to the consumers for daily consumption (Sahlman, 2015).

The Tritec consumer business organization is dedicated to be a leading fast moving consumer goods organization that provides quality brand products at a cheap price that is affordable by all. The organization has employed well-trained workers who are committed to ensure provision of quality service to the customers. We care for the safety of food products hence we do not process food that is below the healthy standards of our customers
