What would you do and/or change to improve the quality of life of the Rich (Upper Class) Americans that would show significant results within three years involving the Government control over International Trade, Social Insurance Programs, Income Assistance Programs, Taxes, Laws for Healthcare Industry, Laws for Insurance Industry and the Laws for Business in this country.
