Select and describe in detail the evaluation method that you plan to use to compare and contrast the 3 options.

The Project is to put Temperature Monitoring Devices on the enitire fleet of U-Haul vehicles and have monitoring stations at the local hub office This hardware and software will be integrated with their current vehicle monitoring equipment.
