Culture and Ethnic Studies Cultural Studies Article review
Each week students will submit five response papers via (posted on Blackboard). In your response papers, students must use the weekly readings to respond to the ethnographic film(s)for that week. How do you see the concepts discussed in the readings play out in the film you watched for that week? In addition, students are also expected to chronicle the various methodological, stylistic, and conceptual approaches film makers employ. Each entry is worth 100points: 50pointsfor effective discussion of the readings, and 50pointsfor effective discussion of the ethnographic film. To receive full credit, students must cite page numbers and must upload their entries on Blackboard (under Course Assignments)
