Create a plan for setting up a PMO, to include a PMO website on the organization’s Intranet, a physical PMO office, a library of Project Management templates and documents, a set of training courses for Project Managers, a lessons learned database, and at least two other elements that you believe should be a part of a PMO based on research you perform regarding PMO best practices.  Include a Gantt chart schedule for setting up the PMO and identify at least one benefit to the organization of each element of the PMO.  Include a slide that explains the risks associated with not having a PMO.

Your plan should be presented in PowerPoint.  The PowerPoint file should be 8-12 slides in length, including a cover slide, an Agenda slide, a Summary slide, and a References slide.
