When a business decides to implement an e-commerce component into their operation there are nine questions that should be answered when developing an e-commerce presence.

List and describe what the nine components that should be considered when developing any e-commerce presence, and why you think they are important.

The requirements below must be met for your paper to be accepted and graded:

·  Write between 250- 500 words (1-2 pages) using Microsoft Word.

·  Attempt APA style.  Use the APA Resources in your course for guidance.

·  Use font size 12 and 1″ margins.

·  Include a cover page and reference page.

·  At least 80% of your paper must be original content/writing.

·  No more than 20% of your content/information may come from references.

·  Use at least two references from outside the course material, preferably from EBSCOhost.  The textbook, lectures, and other materials in the course may be used, but are not counted toward the two reference requirement.

Business Law II

Course Description

This course provides stuents with an understanding of the law affecting business operations, including the topics of debtor-creditor relationships, business organizations, government regulartions, property and its protection, and the international legal environment. New developments on those topics are presented from three sources of law: statutes, regulations, and case law.

Course Objectives

·  Assess situations in which legal assistance may be needed

·  Further evaluate the importance of sales contracts and analyze the importance of the Uniform Commercial Code (UCC)

·  Describe reasons different forms of businesses are combined and dissolved

·  Explain how the role of antitrust law is different in today’s society than it was in its early years

·  Explain why security filings are important in the business context

·  Identify situations in which agency law is important in business

·  Recognize the aspects of property law which relate to daily living and to the world of business
