Shain is a User Experience practitioner from the Midlands, England, currently working in London.
During his career, he’s had the privilege of working for several large and highly profitable organisations within the retail and telecommunications sectors.
With over 12 years experience designing digital products, he has worked through the full design process, from strategy, research and architecture to usability testing and visual design. He currently works as a design lead at BT.
He enjoys (in no particular order) football, golf, reading, gym, fashion, continually changing hair and facial hair, playing guitar, spending time with his wife and daughter, hiking, walks with his dog and catching up with friends.
