The Annotated Bibliography
For this assignment you will begin searching for information related to a current controversy in which you’re interested.
Your purpose is to find at least four sources of information related to your topic and for each source:
1) provide an MLA formatted citation of the source and
2) briefly summarize the source
- who is the author and how is the author a credible source?
- What are the author’s main points or information?
- evaluate the source or author critically
- is the author biased toward one point of view?
- does the author offer evidence for claims made?
- how will the information help you in your work?
At least three sources must come from the Fayetteville Technical Community College Library resources.
- Sources should be no more than five years old.
- Wikipedia is not a reliable source for information.
- If you end up using something like a blog or other non-objective source, make sure that you make note of this.

Basic Requirements
- Typed per MLA format guidelines
- There is no page length requirem
