Manuscripts received between May 1 and October 1. A manuscript that is submitted to a scholarly journal it goes through a lot of scrutinies it can finally be published as a journal in the long run. Therefore, in most cases, some of the authors have always felt dejected after their scholarly articles have been rejected severally. Besides that, it was noted that 30% to 50% cases of the written articles don’t even reach the peer review stage as they are rejected in the first stages. However, these rejections have been attributed to either the article being incomplete, analysis of the paper being defective or the article is not under the scope.
